    Choosing the right people in the right places in life is a great art. In our society, many times the incompetent get responsibilities, respect or leadership - this is where the trouble of happens.

This not only harms work - it has a negative impact on everything in society.

    We are all human, but the difference between realize is in our thoughts, words, and wisdom.

In this society, everyone has to live together - it cannot be thought of as the opposite. The problem arises when people look at or speak in a way that belittles or insults them, who they are and who am I.

    Above all, where incompetent people exist, you must be prepared for your respect and personality to be lowered in many areas or for you to feel humiliated.

In our society, there will be obstacles, rights, wants, and needs, and we are dependent on each other for many things, and everyone needs everyone in society.

    As a result, you will not get or give satisfactory results in all matters in this continuous life.

You will be considered small or unworthy by the incompetent - and those who are worthy will give you solutions with logic, intelligence and prudence - which you desire.

    Therefore, you cannot change the character of an incompetent person by any of their actions - it is better to away them.
